What does it cost to trade?
Spot trades cost 0.10% when you take an order and 0.08% when you make one. Every order shows its fee in your currency before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.
How long does verification take?
Usually under 10 minutes. You need a valid photo ID and a quick selfie. We email you as soon as your account is ready to fund.
What happens to my assets if Nuvora fails?
Customer assets are held 1:1 and kept apart from Nuvora’s own money, so they’re never used to run the business. If Nuvora ever closed, customer assets would be returned to their owners, not to our creditors.
How can I add money?
By bank transfer, debit or credit card, or by sending crypto from another wallet. Bank transfers are free; card deposits cost 1.80%. You see any fee before you confirm.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Yes, 24/7. Most crypto withdrawals are processed within minutes, and bank withdrawals arrive in 1–3 business days. New addresses go through your withdrawal allowlist first, so only addresses you approved can receive funds.
Are there limits on deposits and withdrawals?
Yes. Daily limits depend on your verification level and fee tier, and higher tiers get higher withdrawal limits. You can see your current limits in your account at any time, before you move any money.
